HOOP is operated by HOOP Technology Sdn. Bhd. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We built HOOP to be private by default — friends only, and we keep data to the minimum needed to run the service.
HOOP 由 HOOP Technology Sdn. Bhd. 运营。本政策说明我们收集什么、为什么、以及你的选择。HOOP 默认私密——好友制,且只保留运行服务所必需的最少数据。
1. Information we collect · 我们收集的信息
Account — email or phone number (for one-time login codes), or your Apple / Google sign-in identifier and the name/email they share. 账号:邮箱或手机号(用于登录验证码),或你的 Apple / Google 登录标识及其提供的名字/邮箱。
Profile — nickname, avatar, and anything you choose to add. 资料:昵称、头像,以及你自愿填写的内容。
Content you send — messages, photos, voice and files, stored only to deliver them to your circle. 你发送的内容:消息、图片、语音、文件,仅为投递给你的圈子而存储。
Contacts (optional, for finding friends) — if you allow it, phone numbers from your address book are hashed on your device (SHA-256) and only the hashes are checked against existing users. We do not upload or store your contacts.通讯录(可选,用于找朋友):若你同意,通讯录号码在你手机本地做 SHA-256 哈希,仅用哈希值比对是否已是用户。我们不上传、不存储你的通讯录。
Device & notifications — device identifier, app version, platform, and push token (Apple Push) so we can deliver messages and incoming calls. 设备与通知:设备标识、App 版本、平台、推送令牌(Apple 推送),用于投递消息与来电。
Calls — voice/video calls stream in real time through our media server and are not recorded or stored. 通话:音视频通过我们的媒体服务器实时传输,不录制、不存储。
2. How we use it · 用途
To provide HOOP: deliver your messages, calls and notifications, and run features like your circle's castle and games. 提供服务:投递消息/通话/通知,运行城堡、游戏等功能。
To help you connect with friends you already know. 帮你和已认识的朋友建立联系。
To keep HOOP safe and prevent abuse. 保障安全、防止滥用。
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your messages for advertising. 我们不出售你的个人数据,也不会用你的消息做广告。
3. Sharing · 共享
We share data only with service providers needed to run HOOP, under confidentiality: 仅与运行 HOOP 所必需、且受保密约束的服务商共享:
Apple / Google — only when you choose to sign in with them. Apple / Google:仅当你选择用其登录时。
Apple Push Notification service — to deliver notifications and calls. Apple 推送服务:投递通知与来电。
Our cloud infrastructure providers — to host the service securely. 我们的云基础设施服务商:安全托管服务。
4. Retention & deletion · 保留与删除
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting us, and we will delete your personal data, except where we must keep limited records by law. 账号有效期间保留数据。你可随时在 App 内或联系我们删除账号,我们将删除你的个人数据(法律要求保留的少量记录除外)。
5. Security · 安全
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Login credentials are stored in the device's secure keychain. 数据传输加密(HTTPS/TLS);登录凭证存于设备安全钥匙串。
6. Children · 未成年人
HOOP is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. HOOP 不面向 13 岁以下儿童,我们不会有意收集其数据。
7. Your rights · 你的权利
You may access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent (e.g. turn off contact matching) at any time. 你可随时访问、更正、删除你的数据,并撤回同意(如关闭通讯录匹配)。
